Midland Library children's section
Early Childhood Services (ECS) includes programs that serve children pre-birth to kindergarten and their families and caregivers. Through its outreach programs and specialized library resources, the ECS team works closely with the early childhood community to promote library services and to foster the literacy skills of Multnomah County's youngest citizens. ECS is a unique combination of outreach programs supporting parent education services, child care centers, Head Start programs, family child care providers and other agencies serving children ages 0–5 and their families.
